Skye Weinert isn’t your average conveyancing assistant! She recently traded in her office duties for boxing gloves to compete in the Legacy Women’s Boxing Championship in Singapore. This exciting event attracted competitors from across the region, including Australia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Malaysia, with about 40 bouts packed into two intense days. It was a true showcase of talent, determination, and grit.
Skye stepped into the ring in the 50kg weight category, bringing the same dedication and focus she applies to her work at Bush to Beach Legal. Although the final result wasn’t quite what she had hoped for, Skye embraced the experience wholeheartedly. For her, the tournament was less about the win and more about pushing her boundaries and connecting with fellow athletes who share her passion for the sport.
The Legacy Women’s Boxing Championship was a memorable milestone for Skye. It has only fuelled her love for boxing, leaving her with fresh insights, a renewed drive, and a commitment to keep improving—both in the ring and in her professional life.
At Bush to Beach Legal, we’re incredibly proud of Skye’s achievements and the resilience she displayed at the tournament. Whether she’s supporting our team in the office or taking on new challenges in the boxing ring, Skye always gives her all.
