Stephanie Howell

Stephanie holds a double Bachelor of Environmental Science and Bachelor of Law from James Cook University and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2016. In 2024, she was also admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia. Stephanie takes care of all your conveyancing needs in the areas of Childers and Bundaberg.

Originally arriving in Australia on a semester abroad in 2009, Stephanie quickly developed a deep appreciation for the Australian lifestyle and the strong sense of community in regional Queensland. What began as a temporary stay soon became home, and she proudly became an Australian citizen in 2022. Her connection to the region gives her a genuine understanding of the people and businesses she works with.

Stephanie is passionate about helping clients feel confident and informed when navigating matters in property law. She believes the law should be accessible rather than overwhelming, and she takes the time to ensure her clients clearly understand their contracts, rights and obligations before making important decisions. Whether assisting with buying or selling property, she focuses on clear communication, practical advice and steady guidance throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, particularly at the beach and exploring the outdoors. She embraces the relaxed coastal lifestyle that makes the Bundaberg and Childers region such a special place to live and work.
