Marnie Quinlan

Marnie is a qualified solicitor and experienced business leader with a background in operations, people management, human resources, recruitment, management consulting, and private legal practice.

Marnie holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008. She has almost a decade of experience working in the area of commercial law. In the years since leaving private practice, Marnie has developed her leadership skills and commercial acumen in various roles across private enterprise and federal government, working with a range of clients and organisations.

As Practice Manager for Bush to Beach, Marnie supports Luke and the team to ensure the firm’s operations, service delivery, and client experience reflect best-practice standards—while maintaining our down-to-earth, client-focused, and community-minded approach. She also leads our people and culture function and plays a key role in strategic planning to support the firm’s growth and continued success.

Outside of work, you’ll find Marnie reading, cooking, kayaking and spending time at the beach with her little dog, Peaches. Marnie is passionate about mental health, wellbeing and community service and is an active volunteer crisis supporter with Lifeline Australia.
